    The Department encourages tenders from suitable organisations that have the capability to provide one or more of the specified AOD Treatment Programs, detailed in the Statement of Requirements (SOR); and that engage only qualified, registered and experienced personnel to deliver the Treatment Programs.

    Contractors delivering Services under this Deed must be compliant with the National Quality Framework for Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services.

    Power and Water Corporation (PWC) requires the construction of two new sewage pump stations, and re-alignment of a sewer rising main in Garawa. This new infrastructure requires commissioning before the completion of a new sub-division in Garawa 2 (Note. The Tender for construction works for the new Garawa 2 Subdivision is being released by DIPL at a similar time). The existing sewerage infrastructure will continue to operate and service the two town camps whilst the replacement pump stations and rising main are constructed.

    Frankston City Council seeks tenders to undertake the reconstruction of Brighton Street between Humphries Road and Baden Powell Drive, Frankston South. The scope includes the conversion of a section of Brighton Street to one-way, and modifying of adjoining intersections to allow controlled vehicular access. Works include construction of new concrete footpaths, vehicle crossings, drainage upgrades, indented parking bays, asphalt road pavements, flat top speed humps, signage, line marking, and all associated site, traffic and environmental management.

    This infrastructure project aims to deliver on the objectives of a ‘circular economy’ through the incorporation of recycled materials into the works.

    Australian Catholic University (ACU) was established in 1990 through incorporation as a public company limited by guarantee, incorporated pursuant to the Corporations Act. Facilitators must be currently compliant in the NSW Health ClinConnect system and be competent in the clinical setting specified by ACU.

    The Yarriambiack Shire Council New Netball/Tennis Facilities project has been designed to ensure long-term availability of compliant netball/tennis courts and lighting, along with supporting female friendly, accessible change rooms and amenities located in the recreation reserves at Beulah, Brim & Rupanyup.   This brief will only apply to the change room and amenities buildings for Beulah & Rupanyup Recreation Reserves.

    The Agreement with Sport and Recreation Victoria requires commencement of construction by February 2021 with the consultation and design phase to be completed by December 2020.  With the tight timeframe in mind, the submission period for the Design Services Brief will be 14 days from issue of the RFQ documents on eProcure.
