    Australian Catholic University (ACU) was established in 1990 through incorporation as a public company limited by guarantee, incorporated pursuant to the Corporations Act.

    ACU is a public university, funded by the Commonwealth Government, and is open to students and staff of all religious beliefs.

    ACU has six (6) research institutes and four (4) faculties: Education and Arts, Health Sciences, Law and Business and Theology and Philosophy.

    Through this RFP process, ACU seeks to select and implement a new Course Management framework and system.

    ACU seeks your proposal for a software solution and recognises that this may not be a pre-built course management system. A range of options will be sought and considered through this RFP process.

    Overview
    Gannawarra Shire Council is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced practitioners to express their interest for the design a Multi-Purpose Centre at the Sir John Gorton Precinct (SJGP) in Kerang drawing extensively on existing proposals and designs. 

    The design will involve a critical assessment of the current facilities, space and infrastructure within the area and include an appraisal of the options for future expansion and development with associated facilities within the surrounding precinct. 

    Applicants must supply a brief on previous experience as well as a costed schedule to complete the works contained within this brief.

    Strategy Context
    The Multi-Purpose Centre is included as a priority in Council’s Towards 2025 Strategic Projects.

    It is envisaged as a project that will enable the construction of a purpose built multipurpose facility that will cater for a range of community activities in Kerang to support a growing town.

    The project will allow for the development of an integrated gathering place that can be used for arts and culture activities, community events and link to the swimming pool for a range of health and fitness activities. The Kerang Multipurpose Centre development will cater for a growing community assisting to attract new residents and strengthen the local economy and community.

    Broad concepts have been developed in the Sir John Gorton Precinct Plan and Council has a high priority to develop the ideas into a workable project.

    Project Tasks
    The main outputs of this consultancy will be to provide a design that meets the needs of both the community and the site requirements.  The design will be of a standard to enable accurate construction costs for possible inclusion within Council’s future budgets. 

    Throughout the design process it is imperative that a number of consultation events be held in Kerang with Councillors to ensure the views and ideas of are incorporated where possible into the design and functionality of the proposed facility. 

    A number of reference documents and previous study documents are available to inform this design.  This consultancy does not require that the information contained within these documents to be reviewed or duplicated, in particular a review of demographics or demand for the facility. 

    The two key components to eventuate from this consultancy will be detailed drawings of a proposed facility developed through consultation with sufficient detail to provide accurate costings for construction

    The Christmas Carols in the Park is held annually on the second Tuesday in December, unless otherwise determined by Council.

    While the majority of the Event audience are residents of Bayside, visitors from outside the municipality are encouraged.

    Queensland Rail Travel is seeking to replace the two current travel booking systems with a single, existing and proven Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Travel Booking System (TBS) that meets the organisation’s business, functional and non-functional requirements with minimal or no customisation.
    In progressing this business need, a Request for Offer (RFO) procurement activity has recently been undertaken, resulting in the selection of a preferred vendor and product along with the development of a High Level Design in order to fully define the solution scope and requirements for implementation. Subsequent to this, it has been identified that a System Integrator (SI) is required to supplement the technical implementation and integration of the selected product into the broader Queensland Rail technology landscape.
    Queensland Rail is now seeking a suitably skilled System Integrator to deliver the defined scope of work contained in the Specification document.
