Clinical Registry & Audit Database Platform

    Closing Date:
    26/10/2018 3:00 PM

    Contract Number : 20163058

    Reference # : P18-314

ADHB has a large number of applications in use for collecting clinical data. The majority of these applications have been designed for a specific purpose/speciality and have a data set that supports that need. The northern region has been trying to reduce the number of applications in use as the current state is difficulty to support and is costly when major work such as upgrading the desktop operating system is undertaken.

Instead of implementing new applications each time the capture of a new dataset is identified, ADHB is adopting a strategy of using platforms that would allow new databases to be created. Platforms are currently in place to meet some of our requirements. However there is a continuing need to capture new datasets to support clinical audit and registry requirements and a platform is required to support these requirements.

To gain contact details and full additional documentation,
you will need to register for GETS on the website provided (no charge).

    Closing Date:

    Contract Number : ANMM-1813F

The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to identify a Tenderer to be contracted to supply, including design, construction, testing and free delivery to site, without installation, of the Acoustic Louvres as specified for the Cooling Tower Upgrade proposed to be carried out by the Australian National Maritime Museum (ANMM).

These Acoustic Louvres are to be located in a newly created cooling tower plantroom in the northern end of the ANMM Building.

Description of the overall Cooling Tower Upgrade project

The ANMM has identified the necessity for the replacement of the current Sea Water Heat rejection equipment, with the proposed installation of Cooling Towers in a dedicated plantroom. These systems are used to cool the HVAC equipment and systems. The Cooling Towers are the subject of a separate procurement. And the mechanical works and building works are the subject of a separate tender.

For air circulation and for the reduction of sound that will be emitted from cooling tower plantroom, Acoustic Louvres are to be fitted to openings in the wall of the plantroom. These Acoustic Louvres are the subject of this current separate procurement.

Moira Shire Council invites submissions from suitably qualified organisations or individuals for the replacement of the Mahoneys and Wallala Bridges and associated roadworks on Stewarts Bridge Road, Lower Moira.

This package of works is separated into four parts and tenderers may make a submission for all or some of the parts. The parts are:

    A. Mahoneys Bridge replacement

    B. Wallala Bridge replacement

    C. Mahoneys Bridge approach roadworks

    D. Wallala Bridge approach roadworks

Both structures and associated roadworks must be completed by 30 September 2019. Timeframes are given in the tender documentation; however, these are subject to negotiation with the preferred tenderers prior to awarding the tenders.

The request for tender documentation has been separated so that tenderers need only fill out most schedules once. Tenderers will need to fill out the online Price Schedule (one excel spreadsheet with tabs for each part) for the work that they wish to submit for. There is no requirement to tender on every part of the project as the tender will be let as four separate contracts.

Road contractors and Bridge Contractors are not expected to have possession of the same site at the same time.

Moira Shire Council reserves the right to award the contracts for each part to a single contract or multiple contractors.

It is anticipated that the letter of award for all four contracts shall be sent to the successful tenderers by Wednesday 19 December 2018.
