    We are actively seeking to appoint naturally assertive outbound sales executives in our Southport office to sell OUR B2B subscription service over the telephone.

    The role offers a retainer and highly competitive and achievable commission structure.
    This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven sales person that is looking for a company that can provide a solid product and qualified leads for them to sell to the market.

    Previous experience in B2B sales in advertising (classified/directory) roles, insurance, gym memberships or similar subscription-based B2B telephone selling experience would be an advantage.

    The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

    • Demonstrated experience in sales and meeting/exceeding targets
    • Have a competitive and determined approach
    • Be able to communicate with clarity
    • Have assertive closing skills and not be afraid to ask for the order
    • KPI driven with a hunter approach and an engaging and confident personality
    • A self-starter with a strategic approach to researching, generating leads, cold-calling and following sales processes
    • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills with the ability to identify and discuss new opportunities with managers and business owners
    • Good administrative skills and experience with MS Word, Excel, email and CRM software


    Hours:
    No weekend or after hours work! This is a full time casual position, Monday to Friday.
